Partner provider charter
The FigWay directory lists vetted independent professionals. By registering, each provider accepts the following commitments.
1. Compliance and professional qualification
The provider warrants that it holds the authorizations, licenses, registrations or professional cards required under Moroccan law to carry out its activity (e.g. real estate professional card, approval, trade register). FigWay reserves the right to request supporting documents before publishing the profile in the directory.
2. Quality of service
The provider commits to delivering services consistent with its profile description, within the timeframes communicated to the client, and to informing its FigWay Care Manager of any difficulty or delay that may affect a referred client.
3. Respect for the referral process
Any introduction request sent by FigWay must be handled with the same priority as a direct client. The provider commits not to bypass FigWay for subsequent services resulting from an initial introduction, in accordance with the referral agreement accepted at registration.
4. Pricing transparency
Prices quoted to a client referred by FigWay must match the provider's public pricing, with no markup linked to the origin of the introduction. Any substantial change to the scope or price must be communicated to the client and, where possible, to the Care Manager before the work begins.
5. Data confidentiality
Client contact details and personal information shared via FigWay are strictly confidential. They may only be used for the purpose of the requested service, must not be shared with third parties, and must be handled in accordance with Moroccan personal data protection law (law 09-08).
6. Independence and liability
The provider operates independently. FigWay acts solely as a referral partner (apporteur d'affaires) and is neither an agent, guarantor, nor party to the contracts entered into between the provider and the client. The provider remains solely responsible for the performance of its services and compliance with its legal, tax and professional obligations.
7. Moderation and suspension
FigWay may suspend or remove a profile from the directory, without notice, in case of breach of this charter, a justified client report, non-compliance with the referral agreement, or prolonged inactivity. The provider may request reactivation of its profile by contacting its Care Manager.
This charter is complemented by the referral agreement, accepted during registration.
