Forum code of conduct
The FigWay forum is a space reserved for registered members. To keep it useful and welcoming for everyone, please respect the following rules.
1. Respect and courtesy
Keep a courteous tone, even when you disagree. Insulting, discriminatory (origin, religion, gender, family situation...), harassing or defamatory content is forbidden.
2. Privacy
Do not share personal information (phone numbers, addresses, ID documents, bank details) — yours or anyone else's.
3. No advertising or solicitation
The forum is not an advertising space. Commercial messages, solicitation for competing services, or spam (repeated links, off-topic content) will be removed.
4. Reliability of information
Sharing experiences is welcome, but it is not professional advice (legal, tax, medical...). If you're unsure about something you read, check it with your Care Manager or an official source before acting on it.
5. Moderation
A FigWay administrator or Care Manager oversees discussions. They may pin a useful thread, lock a closed thread, or hide a message or thread that does not comply with this charter, without prior notice.
6. Sanctions
Repeated breaches of this charter may lead to suspension of forum access, or of the FigWay account, at the team's discretion.
