Terms of Use

1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the FigWay platform (figway.org) by any registered user ("Member"). Creating an account and using the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use, the Terms of Sale and, for access to the forum, the forum's code of conduct.
2. Registration and account
The Member agrees to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. FigWay reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of fraudulent or abusive use, or use contrary to these Terms of Use or the forum's code of conduct.
3. AI assistant "Dalil"
Dalil is an automated conversational assistant, based on a language model (Mistral) running on FigWay's infrastructure. It provides general information for guidance purposes to help Members with their installation in Morocco. Dalil's responses do not constitute legal, tax, medical or financial advice, nor a contractual commitment from FigWay. Dalil is configured to never invent or assume information: when it does not have reliable data, or when the requested information may have changed (regulations, procedures, fees, timelines), Dalil must say so explicitly rather than provide an approximate answer. The only official FigWay contact email is contact@figway.org; Dalil is not authorized to provide any other address. If Dalil cannot answer reliably, is blocked in its research, or the question concerns sensitive or time-sensitive information, the Member is invited to contact their Care Manager via the dashboard messaging, or email contact@figway.org.
4. Community forum
The forum is a secure exchange space, reserved for registered Members, organized into thematic categories related to installing in Morocco (housing & real estate, administrative procedures, jobs & career, banking & finance, daily life & local services, and a general space). Use of the forum is subject to the code of conduct, available at /forum/charte, which sets out rules of courtesy and privacy, a ban on any advertising or solicitation, and the sanctions applicable in case of breach. One or more FigWay administrators and Care Managers moderate the forum: they may pin a useful thread, lock a closed thread, or hide any thread or message that does not comply with the code of conduct, without prior notice. Content posted on the forum is the responsibility of its author. FigWay is not the publisher of content posted by Members, but acts as a host and good-faith moderator, in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Intellectual property
The FigWay platform (brand, logo, structure, texts, guides, source code) is protected by intellectual property law. [TO BE COMPLETED: rights holder, terms of reuse for content posted by Members on the forum.]
6. Personal data
The processing of Members' personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy), in accordance with Moroccan law n°09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
7. Changes to these Terms
FigWay may modify these Terms of Use at any time, in particular to reflect changes to the platform (forum, AI assistant, new services) or to applicable regulations. Members will be informed of any material change [TO BE COMPLETED: notification method — email, in-app banner].
8. Governing law
