FigWay is an installation-assistance platform for the Moroccan and international diaspora moving to Morocco.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale, by FigWay [TO BE COMPLETED: full legal company name], of the services offered on figway.org: one-off B2C packs (Installation, Accompanied, Premium, Concierge), à la carte services, and B2B subscriptions (Starter, Business, Enterprise) for relocation and real estate professionals.

2. Nature of the services

FigWay provides assistance and referral services to facilitate installation in Morocco (administrative procedures, housing search, bank account opening, school enrollment, vehicle customs clearance, job search, coordination of local service providers, etc.). FigWay is neither a legal, tax, accounting or medical advisory firm, nor a licensed real estate agency under Moroccan regulations. For real-estate-related services, FigWay acts as a referral partner (apporteur d'affaires) and connects the client with independent partner real estate agents, who alone are responsible for acts falling under their regulated profession (viewings, negotiation, drafting of deeds).

3. Pricing

Prices for B2C packs shown on figway.org/pricing are in euros, all taxes included (VAT-inclusive), with Moroccan VAT at 20% included. B2B subscription prices are shown excluding tax. À la carte services marked "from" — housing search, real estate purchase support, job search & CV support, and local services coordination — correspond to a base rate covering a standard scope. The exact scope and final price depend on the complexity of the case (location, number of properties visited, specificity of the request, etc.) and are confirmed by the Care Manager before any work begins, and before any additional charges.

4. Order and payment

Orders are placed online from the client dashboard. Payment is processed by our provider Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for FigWay's services: it collects payment, handles VAT according to the client's country, and issues the corresponding invoice. A service is considered ordered upon receipt of payment confirmation from Paddle.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations applicable to distance contracts, the client has, unless a legal exception applies, a period to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of order. This right can no longer be exercised once performance of the service has begun, with the client's express agreement, before the end of that period, or once the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period. 6. Performance of services

For packs including Care Manager hours (Accompanied: 8h, Premium: 20h, Concierge: 40h), these hours can be used from the client dashboard for a period of [TO BE COMPLETED] from the date of purchase. À la carte services are triggered via the "Request this service" button on the dashboard and handled by the Care Manager within an indicative timeframe of [TO BE COMPLETED].

7. Cancellation and refunds

8. Liability

FigWay commits to a best-efforts obligation in providing its assistance and takes care to ensure the accuracy of information communicated by its team. FigWay cannot be held liable for: decisions made by the client based on information provided by the Dalil AI assistant (see the Terms of Use for the rules applicable to Dalil); acts, omissions or delays by third-party providers (partner real estate agents, banks, administrations, carriers); or changes to Moroccan regulations occurring after the service was provided.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution before any legal action. [TO BE COMPLETED: competent court / applicable mediation mechanism.]
